Method of use
Get the most out of every cup
Bring the water to a boil and immerse the tea bag in it for 3 minutes. For a stronger tea, use two tea bags. Drink 3-4 cups a day.

Each tea bag contains approximately 15 mg of caffeine, compared to approximately 90 mg in an 8-ounce cup of coffee.
