China Green Dieter Brand is blended with premium natural herbs. Method of use
Start drinking the tea in small amounts and gradually increase the amount to suit your needs. We suggest you start by pouring 2 cups of boiling water over one tea bag and steeping it for 2-3 minutes. Drink hot or cold after meals and in the morning or evening, and the tea can be diluted with more water if desired. You can gradually thicken the tea after one week by pouring a cup of boiling water over one tea bag. Drink one cup after each meal and a maximum of 3 cups per day.

Chinese baker (Malva verticillata), Senna leaves (Cassia angustifolia).
Caffeine-free. No chemical additives.
Warnings
This product contains senna. Please read and follow the instructions carefully. Do not take if you have or have increased symptoms of diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. Please consult your doctor if you have frequent diarrhea. If you are pregnant, nursing, ill or taking medications, please consult your doctor before using this product.
Discontinue use in case of diarrhea or watery stools. Do not exceed the recommended dose/portion. Not intended for long-term use.
Not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers, the elderly, and children under 12 years of age.
