Method of use
To enjoy the product
Pour 8 ounces of freshly boiled water over one tea bag.
Cover the cup and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
Squeeze the tea bag to ensure the best concentration of product.
Enjoy 2-3 cups at the end of the day, at least one cup 30 minutes before bedtime. For adults only.

All ingredients are certified organic.
Warnings
Do not use this product if you are pregnant. Please consult your healthcare practitioner if insomnia persists continuously for more than two weeks; if you are taking sedative medications; or if you are breastfeeding. Alcohol is not recommended. Some people may become drowsy. Caution should be exercised if you drive or engage in activities that require mental alertness within 2 hours of eating. Do not use if you are allergic to chrysanthemum (Asteraceae) plants. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
