Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like molecule, produced by the skin, that has a dual function: Cell activator and antioxidant. It is found in every human cell, and about 95% of our cells’ total energy is generated with the help of Q10. The human body itself is the most important producer of this enzyme, but Q10 can also be obtained through dietary supplements or by topical application.
