NOW® Vitamin D-3 Softgels provide this essential vitamin in a highly absorbable liquid gel capsule form. Vitamin D is derived from the diet or produced in the skin by the sun’s ultraviolet energy. But it’s not abundant in food. The more people avoid sun exposure, the more vitamin D supplements become a necessity to ensure your body gets enough support.
Method of use
Take one softgel capsule with a fatty meal, or as directed by your health practitioner.

Gel capsule (bovine gelatin, water, glycerin) and extra virgin olive oil.
This product is not made with ingredients from yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, corn, milk, eggs, or fish and shellfish ingredients. It is produced in a facility that adheres to good manufacturing practices and processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
