NOW® Vitamin D-3 Softgels provide this essential vitamin in a highly absorbable liquid gel capsule form. Vitamin D is naturally obtained from the diet or produced by the skin from the sun’s ultraviolet energy. But it is not abundant in foodstuffs. The more people avoid sun exposure, the more vitamin D supplements become a necessity to ensure the body gets enough support.
Method of use
Take one softgel capsule every 3 days with meals containing fat, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Ingredients
Extra virgin olive oil, bovine gelatin gelatin capsule (free of artificial ingredients), glycerin, water] and safflower oil.
