Vitamin C is a water-soluble nutrient that is well known for its vital role in supporting the immune system. Vitamin C is also essential for the production of collagen (a structural protein in connective tissue) and is therefore important for healthy skin, bones and joints. Vitamin C is also essential for amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis, and the utilization of many nutrients, such as folic acid and iron. It is also a highly effective antioxidant that can help maintain healthy tissues by neutralizing free radicals generated during normal metabolism and exposure to environmental stressors. This product provides calcium ascorbate, a diluted form of bioavailable, non-acidic vitamin C; enhanced with bioflavonoids, which work synergistically with vitamin C.
Method of use
Take one tablet daily.
Ingredients
Hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), vegetable binder, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.
