Method of use
Headache Relief Blend: 3 drops of lavender oil, 3 drops of peppermint oil, and 3 drops of chamomile oil
For use in aromatherapy. For all other uses, carefully dilute the oil with an intermediate oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive, or almond oil before use. Please refer to a book on essential oils or other specialized reference source for suggested dilution ratios.
