Berberine is a natural component of herbs such as goldenseal, Oregon grape and barberry. Clinical studies have shown that berberine helps support normal glucose and fat metabolism. Since berberine is known to have limited bioavailability, this product contains C10, a medium-chain triglyceride, to promote optimal absorption and maintain digestive comfort while taking berberine supplements.
Method of use
Take one softgel capsule three times daily with food.
