Saw palmetto (Creeping Serenoa) is a short palm tree native to the southeastern United States. Saw palmetto fruits contain a large number of natural compounds, many of which are known for their prostate health-promoting properties, including flavonoids, sterols and fatty acids.
Method of use
Take 2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily with water or food.

Cellulose (capsule), citric acid (vegetable source) and silica.
