Method of use

Vigorously mix one (1) tablespoon daily with at least 12 ounces of water or juice, and take immediately. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. Start with small amounts and gradually increase the amount over several weeks.

This product should be taken with at least a full glass of liquid. Taking this product without enough fluid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
