NOW® Super Omega EPA contains twice as much eicosapentaenoic acid (360 mg per softgel) as our regular strength product (180 mg per softgel). This fish oil concentrate is manufactured under strict quality control standards. Tested to ensure it is free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals.
Supportive but inconclusive research shows that taking omega-3 fatty acids rich in eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.
Fish oil is a product of Peru and Morocco.
