Source:Mostbrewer’s yeast is derived from brewing beer: This fermentation involves the use of grains (such as rice or wheat), malt, active yeast, and hops flowers. Despite efforts to eliminate the yeast before the final drying processes, most lager yeast leaves a sharp odor.
After fermentation, the yeast is collected and dried using special techniques to preserve its protein, vitamin and mineral content.
Method of use
As a dietary supplement for adults, take 2 tablespoons (30 g) daily. It can be sprinkled on cereals, salads, or mixed into stews, soups, sauces, sauces, gravies, juices, or baked goods.
