Return and Refund Policy

At Allwaa Al Akhdar (allwaa-alakhdar.com), your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

You can return products within 15 days from the date of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories and tags included.

  • The product must not be one of the items excluded from return (e.g., opened cosmetics, personal care products, etc.).

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and personal care products.

  • Perishable goods.

  • Digital cards and e-gift vouchers.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

4. How to Request a Return

To obtain a return authorization:

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error from the store, we cover all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping cost.

6. Refund Process

  • Returned products will be inspected within 7 business days of receipt.

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. Exchanges

  • Products may be exchanged for other items of equal or higher value (with payment of the difference).

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

8. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt).

  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Return and Refund Policy in the Sultanate of Oman

According to Article 16 of the Consumer Protection Law in the Sultanate of Oman, the customer has the right, within 15 days of receiving any product—except perishable consumer goods—to exchange or return it and receive a refund without additional cost if the product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications or purpose of the purchase contract. This is subject to providing proof of purchase and ensuring the defect was not caused by misuse of the product.

For exchanges or returns, the product must be returned in its original packaging and handed over to the delivery representative.
After 15 days from the date of purchase, exchange or return requests will not be accepted.
Products may not be returned or exchanged without a valid reason as per the Consumer Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman.
